der WSFR wollte den Trade auch so gegen 12:29 schließen, konnte es aber nicht. Er hat noch einige male versucht, hat es aber nicht geschafft.
Zuerst kommt der Fehler "time out" und dann "off quotes", sieh Anhang.
Die Aussage vom WSFR Support ist folgende:
We checked the pdf and found some errors like "order #2712210 buy 0.10 AUDUSD closing at 0.00000 failed [Off quotes]" these errors are not related to WallStreet Forex Robot. It seems that your broker changes the price quickly. As you can see the robot try to close the trade but your brokers server decline and says "off quotes" (the price has been changed). Unfortunately we cannot do anything in such situations. We suggest you to watch your account regularly and when you notice such situation try to close the trades manually. We hope your broker will not return such errors during manual closing the trade. Most of the times they show this error when there is a big movement and the price changes quickly.
In der Fehlercode liste steht folgendes:
ERR_TRADE_TIMEOUT "129" Timeout for the trade has been reached. Before retry (at least, in 1-minute time), it is necessary to make sure that trading operation has not really succeeded (a new position has not been opened, or the existing order has not been modified or deleted, or the existing position has not been closed)
ERR_OFF_QUOTES "136" No quotes. The broker has not supplied with prices or refused, for any reason (for example, no prices at the session start, unconfirmed prices, fast market). After 5-second (or more) delay, it is necessary to refresh data using the RefreshRates function and make a retry.
Sieht so aus als ob meine Broker das Problem verursacht hätte.
Weiß jemand was dazu? Für eine Antwort wäre ich sehr Dankbar.
