We send you an archive which contains two .dll files for both robots: WallStreet ASIA and Volatility Factor EA. Please download the archive and extract its content to the following directory:
- Terminal Data FolderMQL4Libraries
NOTE: Go to MT4 terminal "Menu -> File -> Open Data Folder" to find the Terminal Data Folder!
First close the MT4 terminal. Second extract the archive and then open the terminal again.
With these two files the problem was solved in our side. Please check and keep us informed.
