Kerzen Nummer herausfinden

Hallo, ich möchte eine Kerze als Signalgeber definieren z.b. wenn die Kerze um 9 Uhr im Dax der Signalgeber ist soll die Kerze die höher ist als die Kerze um 9 Uhr ein Kauf Order setzen.

- Wie Definiere ich eine Kerze nur über die Zeiteinheit?

Ich hab es mir so vorsgestellt:
