i have another indicator too which doesn't give alarm is it possible for you to code it for me ?

Just Look at the Code of the one which I changed and compare it to the original one. Than Copy Paste the differance between them to the other Indicator. If you tried it on your own but still doesn't work properly, post it here and I can take a look onto it

the first one i need the alert be at the cross of D+/D- to the certain level
the 2nd one just alert at the same time of arrow

Just add Alert("your Text"); to the final If-Statement.
Another possible way is to search for an already changed Indicator, where an Alert is implemented
