VPS: Einstellung von Sprache und Tastatur

Heute wurde mein neuer VPS freigeschaltet. Leider ist das System nicht auf Deutsch aufgesetzt worden. Wo kann ich die Systemsprache auf Deutsch und die Tastatur von QWERTY auf QWERTZ ändern?

Alle Zeitangaben in WEZ +2. Es ist jetzt 10:46 Uhr.
